Traditional Underglaze artworks

Traditional underglaze ceramics offer a pleasing combination of vibrant motifs and vivid colors that can easily transform the atmosphere of any space.

The lively patterns, along with rich and radiant tones, have made this style one of the most popular forms of underglaze painting.

Each piece is created by first applying the design onto unglazed pottery. It is then coated with a layer of glaze for durability and fired in a kiln, making it ready for use.

The glaze used in these works is a crackle glaze. The artist intentionally uses this type of glaze to create a more traditional and authentic look.

Finally, it should be noted that these pieces are resistant to moisture and heat, and are also washable—making them perfectly suitable for everyday use.
